Legal terms of purchase

1. General contracting conditions: User contract

The contract of ATLANTIS IT, SLU with the user for the purchase of its products will be perfected in writing, establishing the purpose, cause, price, resolution thereof and any of its contractual clauses, in accordance with Law 3/2014 , of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.

The products displayed on the website http://www.atlantis-technology.com are photographs of them, and may differ from the reality checked, that is why the consumer is notified, so as not to give rise to confusion .

2. Information to the consumer on the exercise of the right of withdrawal

The exercise of the right of withdrawal under Act 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Decree Legislative 1/2007, of November 16, is the faculty of the consumer that gives the law to desist from the purchase made.

The user can exercise the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the trade within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify his / her decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (for example, a letter sent by postal mail or email). You can use the withdrawal form model that appears in this section. It will be enough that the communication related to the exercise by the user, be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the date of notification of the purchase, or failing that, since the seller was aware of it.

3. Consequences of withdrawal

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, we will return all payments received by the customer, excluding the delivery costs, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we were sent. report of your decision to withdraw from this contract, or since we learned of the sale.

We will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the refund, except shipping costs that will always be charged to the customer.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

  • Not having passed the term of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the acceptance of the purchase.

The second option, that your return is accepted by ATLANTIS IT, SLU. In this case, you will receive an email informing you that your return has been accepted and the amount of the item will be returned to the customer within a maximum of 30 working days, including VAT. The form of payment for the return, will be same in which the payment of the product was made.

We can retain the amount of the refund until we have received the goods, or until the client has presented proof of the return of the same, depending on which condition is met first.

In either case, the customer will assume the return postage, and in the event that they do not pay, they will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

  7. The provider is not responsible for any errors that may arise from computer system failures, or for human errors that may arise, in the billing, sale of products or commercial communication. 5. Registration and purchase procedure

7- Returns: Conditions and documentation.

To proceed with the management of the return of the product, the customer must proceed to the instructions that ATLANTIS IT, SLU indicates, in order to avoid any loss or deterioration of the merchandise.

Conditions for the return of the product:

  1. If the user wants to return a purchase, without the fault or negligence of the seller, he must do so with the corresponding security seals and wrappings in which they were sent.     • For the return of the product to be effective, they must be accompanied with the corresponding packaging without unsealing.
