Legal terms of purchase

1. General contracting conditions: User contract

The contract of ATLANTIS IT, SLU with the user for the purchase of its products will be perfected in writing, establishing the purpose, cause, price, resolution thereof and any of its contractual clauses, in accordance with Law 3/2014 , of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.

The products displayed on the website are photographs of them, and may differ from the reality checked, that is why the consumer is notified, so as not to give rise to confusion .

2. Information to the consumer on the exercise of the right of withdrawal

The exercise of the right of withdrawal under Act 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Decree Legislative 1/2007, of November 16, is the faculty of the consumer that gives the law to desist from the purchase made.

The user can exercise the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the trade within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

3. Consequences of withdrawal

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, we will return all payments received by the customer, excluding the delivery costs, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we were sent. report of your decision to withdraw from this contract, or since we learned of the sale.

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal:

The form of payment for the return, will be same in which the payment of the product was made.

In either case, the customer will assume the return postage, and in the event that they do not pay, they will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

4. Places of sale and delivery

ATLANTIS IT, SLU provides in a clear and understandable way, truthful and sufficient information about the characteristics of its products, in particular, about its legal and economic conditions. 7- Returns: Conditions and documentation.
